Assurance Manager

Are you looking for a long-term role? Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset? Would you enjoy helping to foster and grow our assurance department? Are you adept at developing and nurturing client relationships? Do you have strong GAAP knowledge and enjoy working with privately held businesses? If so, this could be the place for you! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working closely with firm partners who are experts in their field
  • Leading financial reporting projects and supervising staff
  • Managing projects from beginning to end
  • Collaborating with ream members and supporting department initiatives
  • Tax knowledge, and or the ability and desire to learn, is a plus!

What You Bring to NT

Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting.

Minimum seven years of public accounting experience. Other factors include:

  • Active CPA license
  • Demonstrated critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Extensive knowledge of US GAAP for privately held businesses
  • Desire to continually grow, learn and develop
  • Ability to help other team members to reach their potential
  • Proficiency with various software applications, including QuickBooks, Word, Excel and ProFX Engagement
